Must be trangkaso again, Ms Annie.. Better load up on Vitamin C and get as much REST as u possibly can.. Yan lang naman ang pede mo gawin kc pag puro antibiotics and muscle pain meds ang ite-take mo, ung tummy mo naman ang sasakit at hahapdi from too many meds.. 🙁
Also, pls try to EAT on time.. Minsan kaya bumababa ang immune system mo kc dka nakakakain sa oras dahil shado ka busy with work.. 🙂
We are not getting any younger, and our bodies are already SHOWING SIGNS of natural WEAR and TEAR, so we can no longer COMPROMISE.. And when STRESS sets in, lalo ka magkakasakit nyan.. 🙁
We have to take care of our bodies too, in order for us to FUNCTION WELL.. 🙂
I hope u will feel better soon, Ms Annie.. Pls take it easy… 🙂 God bless u always… 🙂
Enjoy ur weekend with thr family.. 😉
I agree 🙂 My OB tells all her buntis patients to take high dose of Vit C daily combined with Calcium tabs. The combination helps your immune system it seems, protects and prevents sicknesses. So even when I was not pregnant, this was my daily vitamin (Fern C 1000mg day & 1000mg night with Calvit Gold day & night). True enough hindi ako sipunin or inuubo.
