I received a message from the Department of Trade and Industry Business Delegation Secretariat informing me that they have completed the accounting of the expenses in connection with my participation in the various foreign travels of His Excellency Benigno S. Aquino III since 2011.
They found that they can issue a refund of the excess assessed share in the administrative expenses.
I am given until July 20, 2015 to claim my refund or else the money shall be utilized for business activities and related expenses for forthcoming foreign travels of the President.
This message greeted my morning with a happy face. Uuyy, I will have extra money. Totally unexpected.

A———-‘I don’t know, pero konti lang yun, it’s not like we gave a lot. Siguro one hundred dollars”.
I sent my representative to DTI to claim my refund.
This is totally unexpected. Pang shopping.
