If I had known beforehand that Prince Harry and Prince William would be studying at the University of St. Andrews, I would have sent Oyen here instead, para Facebook friends na sila.
While exploring the town center, we just saw an alley and a big arch way.

I asked why they’re wearing red robes, parang pang graduation. They said it’s a Scottish tradition to wear that on a Sunday, then they would go to the port near the St. Andrews Cathedral.

The buildings are not very old daw, only more than 100 years old.
There are many rosemary herb plant.
Their school naman pala is so beautiful. Every corner is picture-perfect.

The University of St. Andrews is the oldest university in Scotland. It was founded in 1413 and they’re actually celebrating their 600 years this year.
Student enrolment surged by 40% after Prince William popularized it. Student population is 20% British, 40% Scottish, 20% American, 20% other nationalities.
Scottish students’ tuition fees are subsidized.
There are many student associations because there’s nothing to do outside of school other than golf. This proximity makes the students become close friends. There’s a high percentage that the students here end up marrying someone also from this school.
