My daughter brought me to Polilya in Poblacion, Makati on August 28 to unwind. She also wanted me to see the many bars and restaurants that have sprouted around the barangay.
Barangay Poblacion in Makati has transformed itself into a hipster neighborhood with cool and hip bars and restaurants. What used to be a middle-class residential neighborhood has become one of Makati’s most sought after locations for boutique hotels and new-concept restaurants. The old houses are slowly but surely disappearing. In a few years, this barangay could be full of bars and restaurants. Poblacion is the place to go to when looking to unwind after a long day in the office and satisfy ones gastronomic delight.
Please note that parking could be a problem.
