Yen and I arrived at the Araneta Coliseum just seconds before the UAAP basketball game started. We could not enter because our tickets were with Edmund.

We were given 4 tickets but we only used two. Edmund doesn’t need a ticket to enter, he has an ID.

The moment we entered the coliseum my adrenaline skyrocketed from the deafening sound of the drums from both universities. Parang nawala ang jetlag ko.

Edmund joined the team in the dug-out for a few minutes. He asked me if I wanted to go in, ayaw ko, siguro some other time, when UST wins.

There were still a good number of people waiting for the players to come out.

As in all sports, mastery of the fundamentals is key to winning.
