Upon arrival, I was asked to complete a long questionnaire to assess any condition that needs attention.
When asked when I had my last chiropractic session, the doctor was surprised when I said about 8 years ago. He then asked when I last visited the dentist. Before Christmas. He said our teeth can be fixed and replaced (debatable), but if my bones are damaged, they can’t be repaired. He advised me that I should take care of my bones (by going to the chiro clinic ideally once a week).
I used to go to Intercare in Makati and Greenhills. I stopped going mainly because of the heavy traffic. Dati rati I could make a quick visit from Pasong Tamo to Intercare in Kalayaan Avenue, have acupuncture and chiro then come back to my office all within an hour. Then the travel time became longer and longer until it was not longer possible for me to go back to my office in Pasong Tamo from Intercare. Isang oras papunta, isang oras pabalik. Minsan 1.5 hours. And their fees also kept going up.
