Wanted HR Supervisor & Building Admin

We have an immediate job opening for a female human resources / HR officer / supervisor who will also be in charge of building/s administration.
We want someone who is matured enough and capable of objectively listening to employees’ grievances which are mainly personal issues with co-workers, mga maliliit na bagay na tampuhan nila. This person will also be in charge of issuing memos and disciplinary actions against erring employees.

Basic qualification:
1. University graduate
2. Must have at least 5 years work experience in any corporate field.
3. Must have a minimum of two years work experience as HR officer and handling administrative work.

Who should not apply:

The HR officer must be able to gain the trust and respect of her co-workers. She must be personable but at the same time, hindi pwede na mukha syang bastusin. Kailangan mukha sya kagalang-galang, sa kilos at pananalita.

If you have little kids and don’t have a reliable yaya, or you intend to get pregnant in the near future please do not apply.

The HR position is a full-time job and we cannot afford to have someone who is always late, absent, disappears by 3 pm. This position is not a work-from-home-text-text-you-email-me kind of thing. This requires person to person interface interaction.

I want a strong-willed woman, an alpha female who doesn’t need her boyfriend or husband’s permission to work. Someone who is physically fit because the job entails occasional visits to other offices. Must of course be mentally and psychologically healthy.

I want someone who is hardworking, has excellent public relation skills and is genuinely excited to interact with lots of people.
