We need herbal and miracle plants - Oh My Buhay

We need herbal and miracle plants

We were driving by Mahogany when we saw herbal plants and fruit bearing grafted trees for sale.
We wanted to buy some useful plants, meaning those with medicinal values.

Herb plants

Citronella, orange, lemon, pomelo, santos, ponkan, kamias, lanzones, apple, camachile, dalanghita, sampaloc, chico, balimbing, macopa, rambutan, duhat, guyabano, they practically have every available fruits you can think of.

I am looking for seedless atis. That would be heaven. Hindi na kailangan ngingiwi-ngiwi iikot-ikot ang nguso to remove the seeds. Lunok na lang ng lunok.

An OMB reader told me that ipises hate bay leaf laurel. Ang mahal naman pala nito. This tiny plant sells for P2,500 and this is the only one. bihira lang daw meron, pinag-aagawan pa daw ng mga may restaurants.

  1. Hi Annie,

Miracle fruit is awesome. You get a seedlike fruit. Eat it like siniguelas though its so tiny then anything you take thats maasim like calamansi or suka will taste sweet. My mom in law has this plant in her house. I’ve tried downing a whole glass of calamansi juice without any sugar at all right after eating a fruit or two.

    Did you buy one?

    1. Hi Pauline,
I haven’t bought miracle plants yet. I am waiting for renovation work to finish, then we will start planting.
      Thank you for the info.
