No matter how busy I was, I always attended my townmates and friends’ simple Christmas party.
Karaoke, Bring me, Hawakan ang Talong, Pinoy Henyo, Lechon, Sinok mani, pansit, raffles, were always present every year.
I ate several slices of sinok-mani more popularly known as bibingka or biko. I even brought home a big slice.
A big lechon was bought for P5,000 from Morong, Rizal. They don’t deliver.
Dr. Raquel Aparejo was able to guess the answer correctly.
Fortunato “Eddie” Miguel also guessed MANI correctly. Ang gagaling nila.

A X’mas Party will never be complete without the traditional raffle. Each attendee went home with at least one gift. My name was called but I gave it up.
This game is always present every year. I don’t actually know how this is called, “hawakan ang talong?”
Mercy is still single. Hawak ng dalagang Pilipina.
My mom would rise from her grave if I joined this game.
