According to the tour guide, every house in St. Andrews most especially those around the golf courses overlooking the North Sea commands a price.
This row of apartments facing the Old Course are slowly being bought by golf club associations and turning them into offices.
There’s one house that noticeably has a big Canadian flag. I asked the tour guide if it’s owned by a Canadian. She said yes. The guy loves golf and he comes here every so often. He also lets his friends stay.
This house was bought daw for four million pounds sterling or approximately US$6.5 M. Edmund said it’s too small and is not worth it. If I were as rich as Tiger Woods, barya lang ang 6.5M, I would buy this house too. You’re paying for the location and the incredible view.
The house is in front of the 18th fairway, has a 90 degree view of the links, hotels, mountains and the ocean. Super serene and fresh air pa.
No need for a security guard here. Walang akyat bahay dito.
