Edmund and I went to Tagaytay last Sunday morning. Wala, pasyal lang.
We saw a bus smacked right onto the fly over post. There was also several vehicles that were involved, including a red van that was seriously damaged.
After the EDSA-Ortigas Ave. bus accident, the next traffic was in EDSA approaching Ayala which was caused by the fun run held at Mall of Asia area. Other than these two, we reached Tagaytay in less than an hour.
There were so many bikers, cyclists and sports cars. They probably have a Sunday group. Nakakatakot lang kasi they are sabik na sabik to speed off, but there’s no room for that thrill in a narrow road with lots of vehicles and pedestrians. That’s accident waiting to happen.
Anyway, I initally liked to go to Chef Paul’s Fire Lake Grill for lunch but it was only 11 am and Fire Lake opens at 12 noon. We ended up eating bulalo at Green ATS. Dati karinderya lang ito, ngayon palaki na ng palaki. We saw some improvements every time we went back.
The waiters are all in chef’s uniforms.
They used to serve bulalo in a palayok, ngayon pyrex na. Ayaw ko nyan, I prefer the palayok para authentic.
We complained to the management that the rice was matigas, but we finished them ayway. With the bulalo soup, sawsawan na toyo with kalamansi and sili, naku, I didn’t even chew the rice, lunok lang ng lunok.
