It's Saturday again

I wasn’t conscious about it but when I realized today is saturday again, some advance feeling of exhaustion gripped me.
In an hour I have to get ready and troop to my fourth day of culinary journey. Hay thank you Lord, isa na lang Saturday and I can now relax.
I think we’re going to cook today Beef Tenderloin with Black Truffles or Fresh Ravioli with Truffles. Whatever that would be, I hope the cooking preps would not be as parusa as with the Hainanese Chicken Rice or else sobrang napa aga ang aking penitensya.

A happy Saturday to the people of this country that we love so much, but hate sometimes.
Reminder: switch off all the lights and gadgets tonight from 8:30-9:30 pm in observance of Earth Hour.
