I have been to Tagaytay twice in the past three weeks.
It was raining and I was in a hurry to get home , plus I was by my lonesome so instead of dining, I just took home some family favorites from Fire Lake Grill. I was surprised to see Chef Paul there. He told me he is a regular Oh My Buhay reader (Salamat po).
The sky was clear when we reached SLEX from Eton
Then it rained so hard we couldn’t see the cars around us.
I was so worried we could get stranded because of the heavy rains and traffic that I would end up eating all the food.
The congestion due to the elevated u-turns took away one hour of my life. Until now, I haven’t seen any benefit from the construction of these two structures. If by some miraculous fate I became the President of the Philippine Republic, I would demolish them on my first day of work.
At long last, the food arrived in our family dining, safe and still looking yummy

Of course the nilagang mais from the vendors along Sta. Rosa- Tagaytay Road
We simply love Chef Paul’s gourmet food. His awards were deservedly won.
Daughter was so happy while eating her favorite pizza from Fire Lake Grill.
