I have been scouting for a warehouse to lease somewhere in the Taguig, Makati, Pasay areas.
After checking out three warehouses, coming from SLEX, we turned right to C5 and I decided to swing by the Echomarket.
It’s been several months that I have been wanting to go so today would be the day. I didn’t know where it was so I just got-off at the entrance of Serendra and bingo, Echomarket was just right there.

Echomarket opened in November 2011 while the Echostore and Cafe opened  in September 2008.
There’s a small Echostore on the ground floor of The Podium at ADB Avenue in Pasig.

I looked for fresh basil but they didn’t have any. I bought langgonisa instead.

I was actually starving because I haven’t had lunch at 3 pm.  The relaxed atmosphere at Echocafe encouraged me to just eat there instead.

I was hoping to find my favorite salad that’s served at Le Bistro Vert in Salcedo Village but Echocafe didn’t have the Dried Fish with Salted Eggs and Lettuce salad.

This Langgonisang Hubad was highly recommended by the Echocafe staff. It’s supposed to be for breakfast but she said this is a popular dish. It came with some sliced pickled green mangoes which went very well with the langgonisa. The garlic rice was brown and organic. I am a garlic lover so I appreciated that it had many garlic bits.
