I watched a portion of the History Channel’s documentary on Pole Shift focusing on the Mayan’s ancient calendar that predicted the specific date of December 21, 2012 as the day when a massive pole shift would happen thus wreaking havoc to mankind.
What is pole shift? It’s hypothesis is that the earth’s magnetic poles could rapidly shift and it’s axis of rotation which would create massive tectonic movements. When our Earth rapidly moves, we all shake, rattle and roll to our death beds.
Earthquakes that’s beyond the Richter scale, waves taller than the Statue of Liberty, followed by rapid freezing of the Earth’s surface and ocean. Chill?
Why December 21? According to the documentary, that’s the end of the Mayan calendar….. the Apocalypse…. the end of the world.
Some refute that December 21 is not the end but actually marks the beginning of the 14th b’ak’tun era of the Mayan according to their Long Count calendar.

If you watch TV Patrol every night, then you are constantly reminded that December 21 is 4 days before good old Christmas and 59 days from today.
If we are to believe the Mayans, then there wouldn’t be any gift-buying because Christmas is not coming. Our inaanaks and Shoemart, Robinsons, Puregold, Rustan’s and all the retailers would rise up in arms. Including the postman, mail delivery guys, magdya-dyaryo, basurero, etc. would definitely dispel any truth or probability that they wouldn’t be able to collect their aginaldo this year.
To dear people who are wanting to give me gifts, would it be asking for too much if I get them by December 15? So that I have time to open them, enjoy them, write you thank you cards. Hello Ms. Annie. I feel that it’s not going to happen this year but it will in the future. What I feel would happen next year is the dollar/petro dollar collapse and a new monetary system backed by gold will reemerge. So it’s all about precious metals, agriculture and commodities next year. THe US will have to deal with a lot of things — fiscal cliff, $16trillion debt ceiling, unfunded pension liabilities, derivatives, ww3. Quantitative easing which is simply printing money out of thin air/electronically, is now on its third going to fourth time yet it hasnn’t been very effective. The BRICS nations are trading no longer in dollars, Europe is collapsing, China and other nations are buying gold, cities in California filing bankruptcy, gas prices skyrocketing, hyperinflation — these are happening right now because this world has again fell into the cycle of unustainability just like Rome. Look at Detroit, who would have thought? Things are not reported by mainstream media, I am so sad ordinary filipinos have no idea of what’s going to happen as long as they are entertained by their soap operas.
