It’s frustrating to go back to the same flower shop to establish goodwill as a regular customer, suki ika nga, and yet they still try to overprice every time. It’s too tiring to haggle. They would start with P350 / dozen of roses, then I always ended up buying at P200. It’s always like that all the time. But this time, the heck with this flower shop. Wala ako sa mood maki pag tawaran. Inyo na lang roses nyo.
I bought 6 dozens of Malaysian mums
Omb————“Pumunta tayo dun sa lagi mong binibilhan ng bulaklak. Yung three (3) for one hundred pesos (100).
Driver———“Yes mam”.
Omb————“Sige, dun tayo, bumili ka ng syam”.
Driver———“Mam, otsenta daw isa”.
Omb————“Di ba 3 for 100?”
Driver———“Hindi daw mam”.
Omb————“Ilang beses ka ng bumibili dito”.
Omb————“Maghanap na lang tayo sa iba. Bakit biglang nagmahal?”
Driver———“Hindi ko alam, mas mura dun sa binibilhan ko”.
Omb———–“Di ba sabi ko dun tayo pumunta sa suki mo, bakit dito mo ako dinala?”
Driver———“Akala ko dyan nyo gusto”.
Omb————“Dun tayo pumunta”.
(We drove 20 meters…”
Driver——–“Hayan mam”.
Omb———–“Dito ka ba laging bumibili?”
Driver——–“Hindi ho, dun pa”.
(Hail Mary full of grace, please shower me with patience).
Omb———–“Di ba sabi ko dun tayo pumunta kung saan ka bumibili?”
(Okay finally here we are…)
Driver——–“Magkakano yang bulaklak?”
Gardener——“3 for 100”.
