I went to St. Luke’s in Quezon City on February 10.   I went to an ENT recommended by Dr. Franklin Yu. I arrived at 4 pm kasi alam mo na, Ti ar ey ef ef ay si.
I waited for more than 30 minutes at the doctor’s clinic kasi daw si doctor eh nasa Hap Chan merong conference.

His immediate diagnosis as to why my ubo does not like to go away is ES TI AR I ES ES. Stress. Lahat naman ng tao may stress. Pati babies.

ENT—–“Bakit ka stress? Anong trabaho mo ba?”
Me——“We sell cars”.
ENT—–“Bakit ka stress? Walang benta?”
Sobrang negative naman itong doctor na ito.

He gave me antacid for acid reflux but he said if it doesn’t improve in two months, I should go to an internist for gastro intestinal endoscopy to see if I have stomach cancer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dyos ko, sobra talaga syang negative.  Kawawa naman ako.    So depressing.

After 15 minutes and P500 fee,  I left the ENT clinic.  It was 5 pm.   I went to check the clinic of an endocrinologist also recommended by Dr. Yu.  Wala, sarado.

Ewan ba bigla kong naisip yung OB-GYNE ko.  I went to see if she was holding clinic. Abah swerte, she was there, and no more patient waiting. Ako na agad.

the doctor is in, St. Luke's

I showed her my bone densitometry test results. She told me to take Evista instead, not the one prescribed by Dr. Yu kasi daw masyadong matapang. Oo nga, Buti na lang I didn’t buy the medicine yet kasi when I googled the effects: there have been reported bone loss in some patients, loss of jaw bones and teeth.

She wrote the prescription Evista and assured me there are no side effects daw kasi she’s been taking it herself for more than 10 years already.

Dra——-“O sige Annie, higa na”.

(Higa? Bakit daw?)

Secretary—–“Mam Annie, hindi ka nagpunta dito last year, ang huli mo 2014, ang tagal mong nawala”.

Me—–“ah ganun ba, nalimutan ko pumunta”.
(That’s a lie.  I really didn’t want to come here because the doctora would play bowling again inside my uterus and that really hurt to the max).

Me————“Naku, naka pantalon ako, wala akong balak pumunta dito, magtatanong lang ako sana”.
Dra——“Higa Annie”.

(Oh my God, eto na naman kamiiiiii}

Dra—–“Relax ka lang”.

Me—–“Doctora ang sakit,  Oh my God,  ang sakettt”.

(Malinis pala eh bakit kailangan pang linisin?”

Me——“Hayyy, ang saketttt,  ouch ouch,  ayyy ang sakettt”.

Secretary—-“Si Ate Annie talaga”.

(Kanina Mam Annie ngayon naging mag sisters na kami).

Me—-“Hoooo, ang sakett”.

(Whattt!  Ano yan,  mag-ra-rounds sya sa loob ng loob-looban ko”.

Me—–“Ummp Oh it’s so painful”.

Dra—–“Konti na lang”.

(Di ba she’d said that a while ago?}

This time,  wala nang pa cute-cute o pa-prim and proper.  Basta sumigaw na lang ako ng sumigaw.  Akala siguro sa labas merong nag le-labor.
