Our meeting with the President turned out to be very good. PNOY was in a relaxed and good mood. He cited the headways his government has achieved including progress in going after grafters.
He sported shorter hair and I thought he looked younger, bagay sa kanya. Too bad my camera was with the PSG so no candid photos of him.
We sat at a long table, I think there were 14 of us plus Pnoy, Cesar Purisima, Secretary of Finance, and Greg Domingo, Secretary of Trade & Industry.
They served us lunch. Ribs and sea bass. This was actually my fourth time to eat at this same table. During FVR‘s time (dinner), Erap’s (dinner) , GMA‘s (lunch) and with Pnoy (lunch). I wish myself many more lunches or dinners in Malacanang. yehey!
I wish I could show you the inside of Malacanang Palace. It’s been preserved well. The decors were simple but elegant. While waiting for the President, I went to the nearest bathroom. It turned out to be GMA’s private quarters during her reign. What a privilege. I sat on the same weewee seat!!! double yehey!
