I am now free of my duties as class / batch president. I held that position since the Japanese occupation. Here is the photo of some of the old officers and newly elected ones taken last Sunday (not complete):
(From left to right)
Annie Sisante (Katukayo. Iba-iba kasing klase, merong tipong Maria Clara na tahimik pero nasa loob ang kulo or mahinhing talipandas), Eden Figueroa (she’s my double relative. Her father and mother are my mom’s relatives from both sides), Dr. Margarita Ong (She was the perfect cover for my bulging stomach), OMB (Mahinhin din ako nung araw, pag nakaharap ang mama at papa ko), Teacher Del Cerda (she was still single when we were meeting for the 25th Jubilee. One time, I hosted a dinner for the officers at our residence here in Quezon City. She and another single batchmate fell in love and bingo, ngayon married na sila, proof that love has no age limit), Dinand Vital, Mercy Vital (yes they are first cousins), Paraluman Balanga (world traveler) and Malou Panelo (soon to be a Canadian immigrant because her son petitioned her).
