The arctic circle’s line of latitude around the earth which is roughly 16,000 kilometers passes thru the northernmost point of several cities. One of this imaginary lines crosses the Lapland region in Rovaniemi, Finland.
It crosses the airport and also the Santa Class Village.
The marker is a favorite photo spot of tourists. It’s inside the building with souvenir shops and a small restaurant.
