Special Appreciation to Architect Chino

I didn’t go out today, I just stayed home.
I just called and texts. I also made sermon over the phone and medyo meron din akong sinungitan na geodetic engineer over the phone.

My husband came home at 4 pm. He was surprised when I came out of my bathroom. He thought I was out.
His secretary gave him an envelope addressed to me. Someone daw personally delivered it.

E—“from Architect B U I T I Z O N”. He spelled it out to make sure he got the surname right.
It made me think, meron ba akong current project with an architect? I am so forgetful.

I went half-way down the staircase to reach out for the envelope. I opened it right there and then. I found a check for P10,000 accompanied by a letter.

My husband was standing beside the stairs waiting, curious or tsismoso rin.

“Tart, there’s a check for ten thousand”.
I read the letter aloud so my curious husband could hear.

We were both touched by Chino’s kind gesture. He had done this before. A few years ago he went to our office in Makati and also left a check for P10,000. Tyempo lagi wala ako sa office that’s why we haven’t met in person.

I will be away twice this October till first week of November. Our next outreach would most likely be towards the end of November and in mid-December. I will keep you posted.
