Nail Salon Love Consultant - Oh My Buhay

Nail Salon Love Consultant

The air is dry in the US that leaves my skin dry and flaky. I am lazy to apply lotion anywhere on my body. It feels sticky.

After three weeks of stay in the US, the skin on my soles begin to crack. After a month, they are really rough parang nakakasugat.

I went to Robinson’s Galleria to have a 1″ x 1″ ID picture. I walked around the mall for a while to kill time because I sent Pep for an errand. I saw the pretty looking nail salon near the escalator.
A good way to kill time while waiting for my driver.

Foot spa,

I only had foot nail cleaning. Not foot spa, no mani pedi. Para akong maglalaba sa laki nitong palanggana. Class na class.

The tsismosa in me couldn’t help but hear the manicurista making chika chika the client. She must have worked for the National Bureau of Investigation Marriage Problems Department.

Here are some of the manicurista’s questions, advices, to the Korean client who speaks good Tagalog she learned while living for 10 years in Manila:
1. May asawa ka mam?
2. Niloko ka mam?
3. Bwisit na Pilipino yun ha.
4. Iba na lang mam.
5. Makakahanap ka rin mam.
6. Mabuti nga single ka uli, wala kang iniisip.
7. Baka wala pa mam forever mo mam.
8. Kahit kalahe mo mam, ayaw mo na mam?
9. Ilang oras pag bumyahe ka sa Korea?
10. Four hours? Parang na-traffic sa Valentine’s.
