2,500 white towels, 3,500 cups of ice cold filtered drinking water, 5 sacks of tube ice, 2,000+ freshly baked assorted bread from two panaderias. My husband keeps track of the logistics by saving the numbers in his cellphone kung ilan ito ilan yun. Every year after the procession we recap and make suggestions. But we’ll forget about it. Life goes on at its usual fast pace and the next thing we know, it’s Byernes Santo again. If you are not a believer, you can use it at least to wipe your perspiration off.
