Gift packages from Belle Maison

Camille, Edsa’s finance head, sent me a photo of 3 shopping bags from Belle Maison.
I instructed her to give it to Edmund when he drops by the office.

Actually, Mih, the owner of Belle Maison, messaged me on October 30 asking for my address. She’s been an OMB reader daw since 2017. I gave EDSA’s address instead because deliveries are suspended here in our subdivision. Riders, delivery cars, whatever, are only allowed up to the gate. The guards don’t allow any kind of delivery or pick up even food. Medyo hassle nga kasi our maids have to walk to the gate to pick up small and light packages.  We are far from the gate, something like a kilometer away. Pag mainit, mahirap maglakad. A car is needed for large deliveries.
Oyen taught the maids how to use my golf cart but they still need practice, baka makasagasa mahirap na.

We no longer allow drivers here for fear of bringing in the virus. Many households contracted the virus from their drivers and maids, and caregivers. We just call in a driver when really necessary.

Thank you Belle Maison for the thoughtfulness.  I can’t wait to open them.
