iihi ba o tatae?

My hands felt sticky so I looked for a washroom, swerte, there’s a newly constructed building on the church grounds.

I wasn’t expecting to find a nice lounge like this that’s open to the public.

4:16 pm

The restroom looks brandnew.  I was washing my hand when a lady appeared.  I concluded that she must be the toilet’s attendant.  Nice naman, parang hotel, merong attendant.  To make sure the place is kept clean.

Three young ladies walked in.  To my surprise the female attendant asked them point blank “ano’ng gagawin ‘nyo? Iihi ba o tatae?”  (What are you going to do? Pee or poo?”
Nagulat ako sa tanong nya. She didn’t mince her words. I thought to myself, Oh my God, I was glad she didn’t ask me.
