I was pleasantly surprised to see Filipino-American singer-songwriter Jessica Sanchez back on the America’s Got Talent audition stage. Her powerful rendition of Beautiful Things by Benson Boone earned her a Golden Buzzer from judge Sofia Vergara.
I watched her performance five times. Her powerful voice soared to the delight of the audience and judges Mel B, Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, and Sofia Vergara.
Jessica was born on August 4, 1995, now married and is expecting her first baby.
She was only ten years old when she first joined AGT 20 years ago. She made it to the semi-finals. She won second place in American Idol when she was 16. Her every performance was great but another contestant, Philip Philips, took the first place.
