A little bit of shopping in Carmel-By-the-Sea

Shopping during holiday vacations is not a bad form of exercise as long as you can restrain your impulses by limiting purchases to smaller items. Mahirap magbuhat, mag-empake, mag-ship.

Sometimes I see some home decors that I like but I can’t buy everything that I see. Our abodes are already full of kalat. Much as I would like to add more furniture, mahirap mag-uwi and wala ng space. I have no more space to put large items.

I bought the bad hair cap.

I fell in love with a painting displayed on the window of this American Art Gallery. We met the owner who is also an artist.

My son wears Creed, his perfume for the longest time, siguro 10 years na. His stock is running low which according to him is down to 20% na lang daw. Before I left for the US in December, I went to Rustan’s in Shangrila Mall to look for some gifts. They have Creed. When I asked how much, the sales rep showed me a small bottle, P 37,000 yata. Nanay ko po. I was encouraging my son to try other less expensive brands or scents, ay meron sya another one gifted to him by his sister, naku ganun din ang price, and it’s not even available in any store in the US. Matioid rin naman, a regular sized bottle lasts him two years kasi he doesn’t go out naman as much.

Merong Asian lady nadapa sa loob ng Anthropologie, nasalubong ko inaakay nung husband nya and may sugat yung tuhod and binti.

I tried on a cotton blouse, medyo the covered buttons are hard to open and close. I was having second thoughts kasi nga it’ll take time and effort para isuot and hubsrin. Sige na nga bilhin ko na, I am running out of blouses to wesr. Lahat masikip na around the waist.
