We found this on our kitchen counter when we arrived home from the Aerosmith concert – a wedding invitation from my nephew, Randy, who’s getting married on July 5 in New York.
I was hoping they would tie the knot in Napa Valley so that it would be closer to the Tan side since all my surviving siblings are based in the West Coast. Randy’s long-time girlfriend is from Long Island, thus the New York wedding.
I have already filled out the RSVP form. Oyen and I are going. It would be a good excuse to visit New York. It would also be a Tan family get-together.
