My daughter is flying to Manila today. She was the last to board because the two of us were talking about Hermes bags and her shoti. Two completely different topics. One is about fashion and luxury and the other one is family. She said she was happy she and her brother were able to spend time together even for a short while. My son is always alone and seeing her sister and bonding with her is a good spirit-lifter.
Am having some mommy blues. Anxious because my daughter is flying alone. And concerned about my son who is living alone. When my daughter was in college, I missed her a lot but I was not worrying too much because she was matured for her age. Even when she was living by herself at age 18, medyo mas kumpyansa ako. My son is 27 pero sobra pa rin akong worried kasi nangangapa pa sya sa buhay. He is still finding his way.
I wish we could always be together.
