Edmund’s brother Edward, his wife and sons are all based in Vancouver except for his eldest son Porgy. He is the one operating their restaurant in Iloilo called BBQ Park.
It was our first time here at BBQ Park.
We’ve been out the whole day kaya medyo sticky na kami but instead of going back to the hotel to freshen up before going out again to dinner, we just went straight here for dinner even if it was only 5:30 pm.
There’s a big room with air condition.
We were impressed at how clean and orderly the place was.
There’s a spacious open air dining area and an outdoor bar.
We had chicken inasal or chicken bbq.
I ate this grilled bbq chicken or chicken inasal with my bare hands.
