Cooking for Family Part 2

My kids were planning to have lunch together but when they found out I was cooking something they stayed.
I just prepared some simple dishes.
My daughter likes manggang hilaw and alamang. I poured water and drained the fresh alamang to remove too much saltiness. Kulang ang once, dapat 3 – 4 times.

I sauteed a lot of garlic, shallots and diced tomatoes for the alamang.
