Our dinner was at the restaurant in Costa Grande. Good in a way because we were tired and didn’t want to ride the bus again. This place is far from the kabihasnan. This afternoon, it the bus some 45 minutes to reach this hotel from the tourist center.
It’s beautiful and very pleasant at night. The air is at least 10 degrees cooler.
There are dozens of swimming pools around Costa Grande but this is the biggest and the main one.
Smaller one
The hotel’s restaurant is fronting the black sand beach.
The Greeks must have low cholesterol. Their food consists mainly of fresh greens, olives, fish.
Grapes are grown low to the ground to protect it from the wind.
I touched none of these.
The first tray to the left was the tomato meatballs. The middle looked like adobong manok but did not taste and smell like adobo. The last one smelled like strong spices.
I had pasta carbonara only because it was the only one that looked familiar to me. The taste was okay.
