I was curious about Discovery Bay. Few years ago, the new residential developments were being advertised aggressively in real estate magazines.
A friend of mine, Nini and her husband own a house there. Eton’s residential poject in Sta. Rosa was inspired by Discovery Bay’s style wherein the lakes surround the houses.
Today we drove some 40 minutes to Discovery Bay.
There were some nice and bigger homes.
We saw many houses being advertised for sale. This place was not spared by the housing slump. The values dropped by at least 30%.
