There were about 100 -130 people at the National Day of Laos cocktails party at the Dusit Hotel on tuesday, December 8, 2015. About 70% were foreign diplomats. The only Filipinos were us. And mostly officers of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, some security men. I also asked some waiters and their supervisors.
