After long hours on the plane, the trip to home sweet Manila was pleasant and relaxing. I practically slept through the flights.
Our seats were in the center from Paris to Dubai. I was by the window from Dubai to Manila. Edmund chose this so I could take pictures of the clouds but I didn’t see any spectacular cloud formations and the sky was always dark.
I still had some Growers peanuts left. Nakarating na ito sa Scotland.
When the captain dimmed the lights, the ambiance changed into a starry night.
Two hours before landing, I saw this beautiful horizon.
They didn’t serve any more food before landing, but we’re free to order. Edmund had chili prawns but when I ordered that, they ran out, so I was left with this vegetable empanada. I just scooped the fillings and the tomato sauce.
We had a smooth flight to Manila contrary to my fear that it would be bumpy due to the super typhoon Yolanda.
There were several flights that arrived at the same time.
I opened a pack of Growers while waiting. Maubos na nga ito. Kung saan-saan ito nakarating. Nasa bag ko pa ito nung nagpunta kami sa Notre Dame de la Garde. These are Holy Mani.
