Our food had been pre-ordered. Different dishes were served so we could try a variety of dishes like fowl, lamb, beef, pork, and fish.

Real wax candles illuminated the big dining areas. I was uncomfortable having candles all over. They even have candles on the walls and stairways. Someone could accidentally kick them and the curtains could catch fire.
I limited myself to salmon, grains, and I scraped the mushroom sauce. My husband tasted mist of the dishes.
Our lunch filled our sense of awe in many aspects.
Dining in a 545 year old building, eating delicious Estonian cuisine served in clay pottery reminiscent in medieval times was enough to please my sense of adventure. The good food was just a bonus.
