Farewell dinner in Outback Steakhouse

Edward’s short holiday in the Bay Area ends tomorrow. He’s flying back to Vancouver where he and his family had relocated from Iloilo for a decade at least. We invited Len and Bong to join us for a farewell dinner for Edward.
Since he is strictly into a no carbohydrates and no-sugar diet, a steak dinner is naturally the best choice.

I am not fond of French onion soup as much as my husband is. When this is on the menu, he would surely order it. Outback Steakhouse’s version of French onion soup is surprisingly delicious. I would eat again in this restaurant to have one whole bowl all for myself.

Although we’re supposed to be here to eat steak, I am trying to eat something light (kunwari lang) so I am having tuna steak with salad. Grabe an kulay, pulang-pula.
