I am so inspired by the success of Chip and Joana Gaines, the stars of HGTV’s Fixer Upper tv show.
They had their own challenges, ups and downs including financial problems, but because they were focused, hardworking, grateful, family oriented, kind-hearted, God paved the way for their continued success. When they were down to their last penny, something big will happen to help them. When the going gets tough, they hang on and drew strength from each other. Even in difficult times they thrived. They just continued what they loved doing and remained true to who they are. Their successes were like “meant to be”.
Their company Magnolia Homes builds houses and have grown leaps and bounds from their buying rundown homes, fixing them up and selling them for a profit. Theirs is now a big business and through them, their community is thriving too.
I hope to travel to Waco, Texas where Fixer Upper is filmed and where Magnolia headquarters is located. My plan is to go there within this year, maybe in September, if not, early next year. To be inspired the more.
