My daughter had been working so hard these past three weeks laying out the plans for Ford Cainta’s reopening. She integrated her own plans and ideas with the health guidelines issued by the WHO, CDC, DOH, IATF. This includes the now new normal workplace scenarios such as doormats, sanitizers, face masks, face shields, lesser tables and chairs, barriers, reduced workforce, etc.
It is challenging because this is not a post-pandemic plan, this is working and co-existing with the virus. We are ordering testing kits so we can have those coming to work tested. This is not just one time but until a cure has been found. Right now we are waiting for more accurate testing kits.
The health and wellbeing of our employees, customers, and our local community have been the main focus.
The challenges are difficult but we still remain hopeful that everything will turn out fine.
