Goodbye Costa Grand Resort and Spa. I enjoyed my stay. I got three and a half goodnight sleeps. The airconditioning in the room was cold enough to relax my body.
Today’s the last day so I will eat breakfast.
For two hours, we stayed at the lobby but some of us went to have seafood lunch. Nainggit daw sila sa amin ni Edmund, they also wanted to try the grilled sardines, etc. We were picked up from the hotel lobby at 1 pm.
The airport was a short bus ride away.
It was chaotic at the airport with hundreds of tourists leaving at the same time. The airport is too small to handle thousands of tourists a day.
Boarding time. If you are traveling to Santorini, bear in mind that they have no escalator only lakaleytor. no tube to bring you straight to the plane’s door.
Waiting for the shuttle bus to bring us closer to the plane.
I was a little anxious because the plane was tight. I was really glad we traveled light.

Up, up and away. Goodbye Santorini.
The flight from Santorini to Athens was less than an hour.
The weather was fine and the flight to Athens was smooth.
The first thing that we did after we’ve retrieved our luggage was to look for the airport pharmacy. My husband was sick and he needed throat spray for his sore throat and some lozenges.
