There are several china cabinets on the left side of the restaurant’s lobby, just before the main dining hall. Gundel sells Herend porcelain.
I want to buy a few pieces of Herend but it would be hard to carry.
The green Apponyi style is one of Herend’s first and original designs.
The receptionist at Gundel wanted to open the locked cabinets, but we were leaving already. Herend is made in Hungary, and there are lots of stores in the city.
