December 2013
My recollection was that we took a cab to Cubao and waited for a few minutes, then a large bus came. It had aircon. We stopped for an hour at a native restaurant somewhere in Pampanga or Tarlac. We were in Baguio before dark.

We stayed at the Pines Hotel. I remember it being a big hotel, with a large lobby and check in counters. I think our room was on the 3rd floor.

On our second night, at around 10 pm, our telephone rang. Edmund answered. Babae, nagso-solicit ng customer. Grabe!

Instamatic pa ang camera namin. Here, dining at Sizzling Plate restaurant in Session Road.

My brother actually offered to send us to Hongkong for our honeymoon pero nahiya na ako. The young lovers went on a honeymoon to Baguio with a combined pocket money of seven hundred fifty pesos.

We enjoyed horseback-riding so much that most of our baon went to the horse rental.
We went to Wright Park everyday.

In Burnham Park- it was probably cold, look at my sweater. Parang ang kati. Gosh, I looked like a clown. My fashion taste!

On our last day in Baguio, the bus was going back to Manila around noon, and yet we still managed to go to Wright Park and rode one more time. We actually deliberated that morning on how to budget our remaining sixty five pesos(more or less). Despite the very tight budget, we still rented two horses kahit we had no more money. Kaya hayun, when the bus made a stop over at the same restaurant, we couldn’t order na what we wanted kasi we only had (approximately) fifteen bucks .
