I ate tuna salad for a week to lose weight

I tried to eat healthy for one week after I arrived from the US. I ate green salad for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Tuna salad nicoise for one whole week, and nothing happened. Correction, something happened. I put on 3 pounds.

I didn’t lose even a bit of fat and weight. On the contrary, I put on a few pounds. Maybe because I ate big portions.

Edmund is very disciplined. He has stopped eating rice for two months now. He only eats fish and cereals when at home. He is not fond of dessert except he likes to eat fresh papaya fruit which is not good for us.


Me? Rice rules. How can I eat kare-kare without rice? Ang sarap ng manggang hilaw at bagoong with steaming hot rice.
