The Uber driver was no longer there when I turned around to get my luggage. I was frantic. Oh no. For almost an hour, all I did was to contact Uber. I felt relieved when they were able to contact the driver and we exchanged telephone numbers. After ten more minutes, he phoned me to say that my luggage is safe in his trunk. In about 40 minutes, the driver came back with my luggage intact. He didn’t want to accept payment but I insisted on giving him $40. He told me to call him anytime I need a driver around Las Vegas. I saved his number. He has the same age as my son.
Relieved!
