Vintage Car Show

I didn’t have internet connection for the past few days that’s why I couldn’t update Oh My Buhay. I know there are many syntax errors but I didn’t have a lot of time to go through the entries one by one (all 100 of them) because internet was intermittent or none at all. I am now in Starbucks. Bought a $5.95 ham and swiss cheese sandwich to have a reason to hang-around here to use their wifi.

I chanced upon a vintage car show. car shows every thursday from 6-8pm during the summer months.

The town plaza was only a 7- minute slow drive so I went. And glad I did. I didn’t expect that there would be lots and lots of vintage cars. I saw an actual Ford T which first came into being in 1908. There was also a 1934 Chevy.

Vintage Chevrolet, owned by an American from Brentwood. He said he spent more than $50,000 to restore it.

The wheels look cute but I don't know if this could run fast in the freeway.

According to the owner, he drives this car often. It looks like a museum piece.

The tambutso is on the sides, wala pa kasing gaanong pollution noong araw.

Most of the vehicles had polished and shiny engine, etc. This guy is showing how bulok his car's internal organs are.

This car had so much details. My camera couldn't capture the total look.

The iconic Ford Mustang

This owner freaked out when bird poo dropped on his car. He said "I will never park under a tree again."

This car has mural even inside the trunk.

This guy really looks old and grumpy.

Astig ang dating.

The doors open upwards parang lilipad. The body is so low to the ground, almost hitting the road. Cannot use in the Philippines. sleek My camera couldn't capture the real beauty of this car. It's one of the eye-catchers in the show. It's painted blue and upholstery is white. It's incredibly charming. Ito yung pang pelikula na gangster may sakay na mga playboy bunnies. This won first prize. Ford pick-up truck . This is the great grandfather of the F-150 and uncle of the Ford Ranger. I forgot to ask the owner why it's colored like this. It's masilya look. Proudly Ford, hep hep hooray! Naku po, mga hindi nagbabasa ng karatula:

Dear Readers, 
OMB was born out of my desire to keep my memoir alive for my family’s future generation. And more importantly for me, when I get so very old, I have something to look at and ponder on, to remember what my life was. I want to keep a record of all my activities but it’s difficult to do so because my lifestyle is a little varied so I find it hard to keep tab.

 This site has been in existence since April 2011. I don’t draft nor edit my posts. I offer no apologies for all errors or mistakes. Read and proceed with caution.

 My life’s more colorful than the rainbow and it also has tremendous amounts of gloomy days. It’s my decision to keep my personal diary open to everyone. I hope I don’t influence you in a bad way. Keep the good and throw away the bad. I hope there’s no bad.
