Last Thursday, Edmund wanted to eat steak for a change. We’ve been having Chipotle and Chipotle.
It’s also late, 9pm and most of the restaurants were closed. There’s an Ihop near Walmart.

Most people’s impression of Ihop is that it’s all about pancakes.
We found chicken and steak in their menu. We also found several Filipinos working at this particular IHop branch.

Although Edmund finished his food, he found the steak’s sauce too sweet.

Thre was an old couple seated right behind us. They were probably in their mid 80s. Edmund was observing them, they weren’t speaking to each other while they were eating. Siguro sa tagal ba naman nilang mag-asawa baka naubos na ang kwentuhan. O kaya, they no longer remember each other.
Who are you? Ulayanin na.

They paid in cash and hati sila sa bayad. So I concluded, they weren’t married yet. Baka date pa lang, KKB.

The woman walked faster than the man. She even assisted him step-down on the sidewalk. She was also the one on the wheels.
