It was a hot day but as we get closer to Baguio, it became foggy at only 4 in the afternoon.
We arrived in Camp John Hay at 4:30 pm. The Manor is Edmund’s first choice.

Welcome home to the Manor
As soon as we dropped our bags in the room, Edmund said “kain na tayo”.
Edmund— hindi pa tayo nagtatanghalian
Me——- hindi pa ako nagugutom, sa dami ng chichirya na kinain natin. At saka maaga pa, alas singko lang.
Edmund— Kumain na tayo, meryenda para mamaya maghahapunan tayo.
Me——- Ha? meryenda? kala ko dinner na.
Edmund— Masyado pang maaga para dinner.
Me—— O sige, let’s go. Huwag na tayo lumabas. Dyan na lang tayo sa baba.
Their theme this year is white Christmas, no red flowers this time.
Waiter sa loob kami, kasi maginaw dito.
Me—– “tart, dreaming lang. Pagnagkapera ako, if ever, maybe 5 years from now, maganda ba yung ganitong style, log cabin, para sa Binangonan, tapos may windows na ganyan, overlooking the town.
Edmund— Hindi
Waiter—- Mam, taga Binangonan kayo?
Edmund—- bakit?
Waiter—- kasi taga Cainta ho ako.
Me——- Oh my God, what a small world
Edmund— Anong ginagawa mo dito, ang layo naman
Waiter— Nagbakasyon ako, tapos nagpasa ako ng biodata, natanggap naman.
Me—— gaano ka na katagal dito?
Waiter– Two months
Me—— Anong pangalan mo?
Waiter– Alfonz Gutierrez
Me—— “tart, di ba nun, merong singer Alphonse Mouzon?
Let’s order. Merienda lang?

Waiter– pwede mam
Me—– pwede fettuccine yung pasta?
My dessert, mango jubilee, plus extra vanilla ice cream which I shared with Edmund.
Me—– -Tart, sobra na akong busog, ayaw ko ng mag-dinner.
Edmund— lakad tayo sa labas
