I had a meeting in Taguig City at 2 pm. The person I was meeting wit, Marie, was half hour late so by the time we finished our meeting I was already shaking in hunger. I spotted a cluster of kubo floating beautifully on the Laguna Lake just off Bicutan. Marie said she’s been there few times with her husband and it’s a nice place to eat. So we made a U-turn and entered the enclave called Lakeshore.
Lakeshore is a project of the City of Taguig for their residents to enjoy.
Kudos to Sec. Alan Peter Cayetano and his wife Mayor Lani Cayetano.
Wow, look at that, one would think this is in some far away exotic province.
There’s a big pavilion with about a dozen fastfood restaurants serving mostly grills.
I was expecting to find seafood but most of the food stalls have barbecues which gave me the idea that Lakeshore is a hang out place, more like inuman at night. Majority of the menu is for pulutan.
I forgot how much I paid for this plate. Maybe P150. I didn’t get my money’s worth. The pork was 80 percent taba.
