He wanted to invite only one guy and his wife for a casual dinner on our last night in Iloilo so I could meet them. The number increased to two couples, then 4. I suggested to Edmund to just invite everyone para walang tampuhan.
His friends suggested to hold the dinner at a Chinese restaurant, masarap daw dito. Edmund went to get a printed copy of their menu so he could choose.

Edmund ordered lots of food but they did not pass our criteria of what and how Chinese food should taste like.
Edmund and I attended the wedding of Dr. Chester and Dra. Mary Anne jardiolin in Manila Hotel 25 years ago more or less.
