Lake Hotel has a grand piano in their lobby and another baby grand in their venue hall where daily buffet breakfast is also served.
Edmund went to eat first while I was still dressing up.
He told me there was a kid playing the piano. The sound bounced against the walls and floors and it was obtrusive so Edmund called the attention of the waiter. Sobrang ingay. You know we want to have quiet mornings.

When we went up to our room on the second floor which is actually on the same floor as the front desk and main lobby, there was a woman playing the piano in the lobby.
The sound could be heard loudly from our room, 218. After more than an hour, it was no longer music to our ears. It was stressful and annoying.
While my husband was in the shower, I called the front desk.

The woman daw is a job applicant. The hotel plans to have a regular pianist.
I continued to ask:
A—-Yung tumugtog ba ay regular employee nyo or hotel guest na nakiki-piano lang?
Front desk officer—-“applicant mam”.
FD—“Yes mam”.
A—-“Ano yan whole day dyan merong magpi-piano?
After a few minutes, the piano stopped.

tgy lobby pianist

A—-“Tumahimik”.
E—-“Eh pinatigil mo kasi.
E—–“hahahaha”.
